We are committed to consulting with local communities and stakeholders as we progress through the consenting phase of the project.
This engagement is essential and will provide an opportunity for communities and stakeholders to be kept up to date and provide feedback which can improve our project design and delivery.
As part of this consultation the Broadshore, Sinclair and Scaraben Offshore Wind Farms (collectively referred to as the Broadshore Hub) and the Bellrock Offshore Wind Farm held a series of public consultation events between 5 and 9 February 2024.
The consultation events were an opportunity to meet the development team and find out more about the projects. With each of the four projects at an early stage of development, this was an ideal opportunity for local stakeholders and communities to provide feedback which could help shape and inform the projects going forward and we thank those who came along and provided feedback.

We believe in sharing the benefits of the green energy transformation with the communities where we operate.
A key element of our Scottish floating offshore wind projects is developing a community ownership model, governed independently, and directed by the communities in which the schemes will operate.
The model could create a blueprint, shaping the future of community benefit from floating offshore wind projects throughout the whole of Scotland. This builds on Renantis’ successful track record of deploying similar schemes for a number of its onshore wind farms in Scotland.
We are currently working in partnership with community ownership experts Energy4All to explore the options.
